About
I grew up in a family business. For 14 years I ran the commercial and operational side of Vigon International, a specialty chemicals and ingredients company in East Stroudsburg, PA, touching every part of the business along the way. We built something we were proud of, including being named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania multiple times.
After a successful exit, I founded Solex Capital Management and have been actively searching for the right business to step into and grow.
I'm not a financial buyer looking for a return. I'm an operator who understands what it takes to build a company, take care of the people inside it, and carry on something that a founder has spent years creating. Background
Founded and manage a private family office overseeing investment, legal, tax, and estate planning activities. Actively evaluating acquisition opportunities in distribution, logistics, specialty chemicals, and B2B manufacturing across NJ and Eastern PA.
Led all business operations post-acquisition including P&L, finance, IT, HR, and corporate strategy. Drove post-merger integration, identified and executed synergies, and maintained focus on working capital discipline and operational efficiency.
Built and led the commercial team. Launched a contract manufacturing business from zero that grew into one of the company's top revenue drivers. Executed a full rebrand with an SEO-first digital strategy that dramatically increased inbound traffic. Managed 20+ global supplier relationships.
Built natural ingredients sourcing strategy and developed an exclusive distribution partnership that significantly expanded market share. Implemented a make-vs-buy framework that drove meaningful margin improvement.
What I'm Looking For
New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Close enough to be hands-on from day one.
$5M–$20M in revenue with $1M+ in EBITDA. Consistently profitable with clean books and at least three years of history.
Distribution, logistics, specialty chemicals, nutraceuticals, or any B2B business with a tangible product. Open to the right opportunity in adjacent industries.
Up to $10–15M total including seller financing and conventional financing. Prefer seller participation in the transition. No SBA loans.
B2B preferred with recurring or repeat customers. Diversified customer base, no single customer above 25% of revenue.
I plan to be the operator, not a passive investor. I want to run the business day-to-day and grow it over the long term.
